What your care includes

You complete a medical intake, a licensed clinician in your state reviews it, and if treatment is appropriate they build a plan, order it to your door, and review your progress at each check-in. If treatment is not appropriate, you are told why and refunded. Dosing always starts low and increases slowly to limit nausea.

Included: Intake and clinician review; prescription if appropriate; medication shipped to your door; dose titration; unlimited message-based follow-up; side-effect management.

Not for anyone under 18, pregnant or breastfeeding, with a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or MEN2, or with a history of pancreatitis. Prescription only. No treatment is guaranteed.

How billing works

Your card is saved at checkout and is not charged yet. A licensed provider reviews your intake first. If treatment is approved, your selected supply (1, 3 or 6 months) is charged and your order ships. If it is not approved, nothing ships and any amount held is released back to your card.

Prescription treatment is never guaranteed. A licensed provider decides whether any treatment is appropriate for you, and the dispensing pharmacy label and provider instructions control.
